Delve

Design - Governance - Quality of life

for a fee

IN SHORT WORDS

Generative design software that uses machine learning to support urban design by identifying the best design options in a short time.
Delve

TOOL DESCRIPTION

The software, in English and available for a fee, uses artificial intelligence and computational design to explore millions of design possibilities in a matter of minutes, measuring their impact and guiding the choices of planners, urban designers, architects and decision-makers. The calculated options are automatically ranked according to how well they meet the project's requirements, constraints and priorities, which can be updated at any time based on new priorities or needs that emerge. In addition to developing projects from scratch, Delve is useful at other stages, from identifying ideal sites to feasibility assessments and creating alternatives to an existing model. In addition, it provides information for improving the quality of life for residents and businesses, such as the walkability of services or the amount of natural light that individual units receive, rather than the entire building, thus facilitating the choice of materials.
